For those who like the spaciousness of the chalet design but within the traditional design values of the bungalows we have the Talltoppen log house series.
Talltoppen log houses are available in a number of configurations. They are fully insulated, and have triple glazed doors and windows.
The full width terrace is protected by an overhanging roof and leads into the lounge area by double doors. The lounge has a full height ceiling up to the roof making it feel very spacious. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine level loft area which is open to the lounge space, and is suitable for use as a study, TV room etc. Underneath the mezzanine floor are the bedrooms.
The layout of the interior rooms may be adjusted to suit the needs of the client

As standard a mineral felt roof is supplied.

We have given prices excluding VAT as it is different depending on whether you require supply only (21%) or supply and fit (13.5%) in Ireland. Mobile Homes are charged at differing rates please view our home page or the Revenue for further details.
In Northern Ireland the VAT situation is either 17% or 0%. Please read the Customs and Excise pages of the UK. Mobiles homes in Northern Ireland are exempt from VAT.
