The Tallhojden 60 is a full two story houses. It features the same high specification as our other houses with triple glazing throughout.

Downstairs is an open plan hallway/lounge/kitchen plus a bathroom and a downstairs bedroom. Stairs from the hallway lead up to two generously proportioned bedrooms and a shower room.
As standard a mineral felt roof is supplied. As an option we can supply Plannja roofing.

We have quoted our prices excluding VAT on this website as there are a number of alternatives depending on what you want or whether you are building in Northern Ireland or in Southern Ireland. In Northern Ireland VAT is charged at 15% on supply only and supply and fit. In Ireland VAT is charged at 21.5% supply only and 13.5% supply and fit.
