As there are a number of calculations to consider particularly if you would like us to supply and fit a product please contact us for a full quotation.
VAT and Delivery
All prices quoted on this site exclude VAT and Delivery. Given the variation in both across products and currency it would just create confusion! It generally works out as better value for our customers if we give realtime quotations. The standard delivery charge for products vary but a cost of between 10 and 15% of product cost would be a reasonable figure to assume.
Prices Quoted on This Site
The prices quoted on this site are for supply of the building only, including walls, floors, ceiling, roof, felt roof covering, windows, external and internal doors, and door/window furniture. In some cases insulation is also included. Please order our brochure for more details.
Exclusions
Not included are roofing tiles, plumbing, sanitary ware, kitchen units, electrical fittings, foundations, paint, or installation. If you would like us to install the building for you please contact us.

Building Control Costs in Northern Ireland
The costs of building control for houses over 30m2 is £900 for Northern Ireland customers.

Mobile Homes can be built to existing specifications or can be customised to suit you and your families needs.
Self Build
The mobile home prices on this website are for self build only. Not included are plumbing, sanitary ware, kitchen units, electrical fittings, foundations, paint, or installation. If you would like us to erect (and fit) the building for you on site please contact us

Ready Built
Otherwise we can provide you with a ready-built mobile home which includes: choice of fitted kitchen, Baumatic kitchen appliances, cooker,fridge/freezer and cooker hood. Options for washing machine and dishwasher. Choice of fully furnished or unfurnished. Bathroom sanitary ware supplied. Highly efficient combi condensing combination boiler heating to radiators and instant hot water. Fully double glazed with 15mm sealed units in Pine frames, with Low Energy glass, and brass fittings. Metal tile effect roof, Pine floorboards, Steel mobile chassis, Treated with a choice of Butinox wood stain. Please contact us for prices.

VAT and Bespoken
We have given prices excluding VAT as it is different depending on whether you require supply only (21%) or supply and fit (13.5%) in Ireland. Mobile Homes are charged at differing rates please view our home page or the Revenue for further details.
In Northern Ireland the VAT situation is either 17% or 0%. Please read the Customs and Excise pages of the UK. Mobiles homes in Northern Ireland are exempt from VAT.
