The Mobo 121 is our first product to take advantage of the newly relaxed definition of a mobile home (park home). It is 65 feet long which is 5 feet longer than was previously permitted. It has a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins, and so is constructed of 58mm interlocking logs, double glazed windows and doors, and wall, ceiling and floor insulation to keep you comfortable in the coldest of winters.

Mobo 121 fits on a of 65' X 20' chassis and has a floor area of 121 sq m with four bedrooms, bathroom, and a lounge kitchen.

Mobo 121 has a 5 foot terrace with double glazed doors leading into the lounge.

The layout shown in the plan diagram is only a suggestion. The room layout may be customised according to to your requirements.

The Mobo range of park homes have a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins. They come with double glazed windows and doors, insulated walls, and internal walls and doors. Foundations, electrics and plumbing are not included in the price.
