Many mobile homes in Ireland were constructed a long time ago and are now reaching the end of their useful life both in terms of maintenance and efficiency.
If you are thinking of replacing your mobile home, or setting up a new one where permission is available for a new site, Bespoken are pleased to be able to offer a stylish alternative - A log mobile home.
Available in eleven different models using the same proven technology as our popular range of Tallbo log cabins, our Mobo series uses the unique Knut-lok (c) system to permit easy dismantling of the assembled cabin for transportation and reassembly elsewhere.
The Mobo range of park homes have a similar specification to our Tallbo cabins. They come with double glazed windows and doors, insulated walls, and internal walls and doors. They are available either as kits, or as completed mobile homes on a wheeled steel chassis.
Mobile Home Kits & Self Build
Our range of mobile homes has a similar or superior specification to our Tallbo 35-60 cabins. They all feature full insulation to a similar level as UK building regulations for a permanent home.
Anyone with moderate DIY skills could build one of these kits, or if you prefer we could come and assemble it for you. The kits can be supplied to rest on a wooden 'skid', or else on either one or two steel chassis with wheels if they need to be truly 'mobile'.

If you do not want to build the mobile home yourself we can provide a project build turn-key option for you on your site with full project management services. Please contact us for details.
Ready Built Mobile Homes
If you prefer not to build your mobile home yourself, or there is insufficient space at your site for it to be assembled there, then we are able to supply ready built Mobo units fitted out with high quality kitchens and bathrooms ready for sitting directly on your plot.

VAT and Bespoken
We have given prices excluding VAT as it is different depending on whether you require supply only (21%) or supply and fit (13.5%) in Ireland. Mobile Homes are charged at differing rates please view our home page or the Revenue for further details.
In Northern Ireland the VAT situation is either 17% or 0%. Please read the Customs and Excise pages of the UK. Mobiles homes in Northern Ireland are exempt from VAT.
